Campaign Story

Hey! I’m Allison. I’m 31 and a grieving mother. After years and years of fertility treatments I finally had a successful transfer! I gave birth to a handsome 8 pound son! Sadly on the day he was born, my sister who was my best friend passed away. So I don’t remember much of his labor. He was so perfect! So healthy! He even shared the same birthday as his dad! Shortly after he turned 6 months old, the one thing any parent never wants to go through happened. I went into his room to wake him up for his morning feeding and he was blue and cold. We rushed him to the hospital but they said there was nothing they could do. It’s been 3 years now and I’m ready to be a mom again. After losing my sister and my son only 6 months apart, I kinda feel off into a deep depression. I ended up getting a divorce. I turned to drugs to ease my pain. I got in the worse relationship of my life. This man killed me by strangulation. I came to with emt on top of me doing cpr. During that time I seen that “white light” and also my sister and son. My sister was holding my son , but she literally pushed me off the “cloud”. That’s when I came too gasping for air. The emt said I had been dead for 7 minutes. That was when I realized I had to get my life right. I started going to church. I got offered an amazing job as part of management and am back in school pursing my bachelors. I met my finance about a month after that incident happened. We been together for a year and a half now. He has no kids. But wants one badly. Even though I know it’s almost impossible for me to get pregnant naturally we still try and pray it will happen. But luck hasn’t been on our side. Not even the slightest. I’ve done all the research I can on funding my treatments. Then I came across this today. I’m praying this is my answer!
